Students can enjoy a game of Carom, engage in a battle of minds by playing Chess or have fun sending ping pong balls flying across the Table tennis table. The indoor games center provides the students the much needed break from academic pursuits.

Chess

Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on a checkered board with 64 squares arranged in an 8×8 grid.  Played by millions of people worldwide, chess is believed to be derived from the Indian game chaturanga sometime before the 7th century. Play involves no hidden information. Each player begins with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns. Each piece type moves differently, with the most powerful being the queen and the least powerful the pawn. You can enjoy the battle of Chess between two of your smart rivals.

Carrom

and is known by various names in different languages. Carrom is very commonly played by families, including children, and at social functions. Different standards and rules exist in different areas. Now you can also enjoy our own game (Carrom) in indoor sports hall at Agrawal PG College.
